Hi, I’m Mia Hellman, a game producer and designer based in New York City. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina,
I’ve always been passionate about creativity and storytelling.
I’m currently pursuing a BFA in Game Design at NYU Tisch, with a minor in Web Programming and Applications and a focus on the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. My work is fueled by a love for video games, design, and visual art.

About the background

I originally created the abstract background for this website as part of my Visual Communication class at NYU. The assignment was to redesign an existing UI, and I chose to reimagine the Wii Sports interface as if Jean-Michel Basquiat was the creative director.
